Documents

Celtic Tours provides vouchers and documents as purchased. Documents are issued once our Customer Agreement is signed. Documents will not be issued without this being completed. Our Customer Agreement form assures us that the traveler has read and agrees to our terms and conditions.

For Ireland escorted tours, we provide one document package per room. The package will contain the necessary per-person items such as baggage tags, tour itineraries, and travel bags. We provide one copy of general touring information per room. We are happy to provide additional copies as needed. Documents are sent approximately 4 weeks prior to travel. On arrival, should you wish to have additional copies of items, please let us know and we will accommodate any reasonable request.

For other destinations, a day-by-day itinerary will be provided, along with any necessary touring information. Outside of Ireland, your package may not include a travel bag. Please refer to the tour inclusions when booking.
