Day 1 | Rome
Welcome to Rome! Arrival at the airport and transfer to the hotel. Check-in and accommodation. Today is free for you to explore Rome on your own, or to relax in your hotel.
Day 2 | Rome
n the morning there is free time to explore enchanting Rome on your own. In the early afternoon please be ready in the Hotel lobby to be picked up to join the Ancient Rome small-group tour: Colosseum, Roman Forum and Palatine Hill. Gain special access to the Colosseum, the giant amphitheater used for gladiatorial games, and public spectacles. It's the largest building ever built in the Roman Empire. Walk along the pavement of the original Roman grid, which crosses the ruins of the Roman Forum. Admire views of the Temple of Vesta, Basilica Julia, and Arch of Constantine! (B)
Day 3 | Rome
Free day in Rome. Stroll the cobblestone streets and explore an array of historical treasures, shops and restaurants.
Looking for something to do? Join the optional Trastevere Food Walking Tour: Small groups will be led by a local food connoisseur through several Roman neighborhoods to visit the most famous markets, groceries, coffee shops, gelaterias, and restaurants. Discover the secrets of world-renowned Italian cuisine while visiting Trastevere district. (B)
Day 4 | Rome - Naples
Today a private driver will pick you up at your hotel in Rome and transfer you to Rome train station for your high-speed train ride to Naples. At your arrival in Napoli Centrale train station you will meet your private driver to transfer you to the Hotel. Want to fill your afternoon?
Join the optional Pizza Making tour or the Naples Street Food tour: Learn to make pizza Napoli style with a wonderful hands-on experience in a small cooking class. Enjoy the fruits of your labor and bring home recipes to share with friends and family. Or venture into Naples with a local guide and explore culinary delights in its wonderful food scene. (B)
Day 5 | Naples
Another day at leisure in Naples for you to spend how you please.
Enjoy our optional Full Day Amalfi Coast Tour: Embark one of the most spectacular drives in the world. Along the road, famous for its narrow curves and hairpin bends, you'll see enchanting villages, cliffs terraced with lemon groves, whitewashed villas and sparkling turquoise seas. Stop in the town of Amalfi, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Explore its quaint streets and visit St. Andrew's Cathedral. Continue to delightful Ravello, with its outstanding views and splendid gardens. The panorama over the blue sea is truly breathtaking. Afterward, return to Naples for overnight. (B)
Day 6 | Naples
One more day for you to enjoy Naples and all it has to offer. We suggest a visit to Naples National Archaeological Museum. Maybe explore San Gennaro Catacombs, or head to Santa Lucia district with its plethora of narrow cobbled lanes, craft shops, restaurants and charming cafes and see what you can find! (B)
Day 7 | Leave Naples
After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your flight home. (B)
