Day 1 | Rome

Welcome to Rome! Arrival at the airport and transfer to the hotel. Check-in and accommodation. Today is free for you to explore Rome on your own, or to relax in your hotel.

Day 2 | Rome - Pompeii - Minori

Breakfast at the hotel, then transfer to Rome rail station. Board your high speed train to Naples. Here you will meet your driver who will take you to your Amalfi Coast accommodation. Stop on the way in the town of Pompeii where you will enter into one of the most important archaeological sites in the world: a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the ruins of Pompeii, with Skip the Line entrance and a guided tour.

Visit the haunting ruins of Pompeii, traveling back in time to the tragic days in 79 AD when the silent Mount Vesuvius suddenly erupted, covering the prosperous Roman city in deadly volcanic ashes and poisonous gases, leaving this prosperous city crystallized until our days. You'll learn how people lived at that time, visiting houses and "bars" of the time, admiring frescoes and mosaics to imagine how the city thrived before the dreadful day.

After the visit, enjoy a typical Pizza lunch at local restaurant before proceeding towards the amazing village of Minori for overnight. Evening at leisure. (B, L)

Day 3 | Minori

After breakfast, spend today however you want in Minori: relaxing, or exploring or soaking up the Italian atmosphere. 

Maybe join the optional Amalfi Coast Drive: Discover the Amalfi Coast with a guided tour. Enjoy stunning panoramic views on the drive such as the Costiera, drive along the famous road overlooking the Mediterranean, and visit coastal towns like Amalfi and Ravello and enjoy free time to discover their secrets before heading back to Minori for overnight. Day 4 | Minori Cooking Class

This morning, set out to take part in a cooking class. Among the hills, surrounded by centuries-old vineyards, pergolas, and the scents of the earth, we will guide you step by step on a journey of discovery through our traditional cuisine. Prepare dishes that reflect the local area: handmade pasta, oven-baked pizzas, traditional side dishes and homemade desserts. We won’t use complicated recipes, just genuine ingredients and lots of passion. Every moment will be shared, from cutting vegetables to kneading dough with our hands, to sitting down at the table to enjoy what we have created together. 

At the end of the experience, transfer back to your accommodation. Spend the afternoon at leisure. (B)

Day 5 | Minori

After breakfast, you have another free day in Minori. Find your own adventures, or rest up in the hotel.

Maybe join the optional Deluxe Capri Cruise: Climb aboard and set sail for Capri. Admire picturesque Li-Galli Island, where Ulysses is said to have seen mermaids. Then, cruise around Capri and pass the White Grotto, Arco Naturale, Casa Malaparte and Faraglioni sea stacks. Dock at Marina Piccola for a swim, discover the Green Grotto sea cave and take an optional trip to the Blue Grotto (there may be very long queues). Continue to Marina Grande to get 3 to 4 hours at leisure on the island. Benefit from another chance to swim on the return journey to the Amalfi Coast in the late afternoon. Overnight in Minori. (B)

Day 6 | Minori - Rome

This morning, meet your driver and transfer to Rome. After checking in at your hotel, enjoy your last day however you please. Venture out into the city again, or relax in your hotel. 

Maybe join the optional Colosseum & Ancient Rome tour: In the afternoon, visit the Colosseum, once used for gladiatorial fights and wild animal hunts. Then see Palatine Hill, one of the seven hills of Rome, considered "the first nucleus of the Roman Empire" because of the location where Romulus and Remus were found by the she-wolf. It is now a large open-air museum. From the Palatine, the tour will across the Roman Forum, for centuries the center of Roman public and economic life, where the most important structures of the ancient city were located. (B)

Day 7 | Leave Rome

After breakfast take the private transfer to Rome Airport for your flight home. (B)
