Day 1 | Rome
Welcome to Rome! Arrive in Rome at Fiumicino Airport. Your private driver will bring you to your Rome hotel. We recommend a short self-guided evening stroll through the heart of Rome. Begin at the Campidoglio, where you can enjoy breathtaking views over the Roman Forum. Continue through Piazza Venezia to admire the illuminated Vittoriano, one of the city's most iconic landmarks, beautifully lit after sunset. End your walk at the Spanish Steps, where the vibrant evening atmosphere makes it the perfect place to soak up the charm of Rome by night. Overnight in Rome.
Day 2 | Rome
After breakfast, explore the most important sites of Ancient Rome - the Colosseum, Roman Forum and Palatine Hill with skip the line access. Take in these historic wonders and impressive structures. The afternoon and evening are at leisure.
Perhaps sign up for the optional Trastevere Food & Walking Tour in the afternoon: Try an array of Roman foods in the Trastevere neighborhood accompanied by a local foodie guide, try foods from several shops and also enjoy a sit-down restaurant meal. Overnight in the hotel. (B)
Day 3 | Rome
After breakfast this morning, take a morning tour of the Vatican Museums, Sistine Chapel, St. Peter's Basilica, and St. Peter's Square. Enjoy No Wait Access and small groups for the best Vatican experience and let the centuries of gathered art, sculptures and historical artifacts astound you. The afternoon and evening are at leisure to spend how you please. Overnight in the hotel. (B)
Day 4 | Rome - Pompeii - Sorrento
Today a private driver will pick you up at your hotel in Rome and transfer you to Rome train station for your high-speed train ride to Naples. Once you've arrived in Naples, a private driver will meet you at the train station and bring you to Pompeii for a private guided tour of the Archaeological Park. Imagine, a city perfectly preserved as it was on that fateful day 2,000-years-ago, when ash and lava literally stopped it in its tracks. You'll see the tragic fossils of people attempting to escape along with children and dogs and take in the somber environment. Then sit back and relax in the comfort of your private car while your driver will transport you to Sorrento. Check in and settle in at your hotel for the night. (B)
Day 5 | Free day or Optional tour of Capri & Anacapri
Enjoy breakfast at The Hotel. Today your day is completely free at your leisure.

Day 6 | Amalfi Coast Drive
Breakfast at the hotel and then pick-up from your accommodation with professional English-speaking driver. Enjoy the most spectacular drive along the picturesque villages of The Amalfi Coast with breathtaking views of the sea. First stop is Positano: developed vertically within a tangled overlay of streets, alleys and shops that expose the colorful Positano fashions well-known all around the world. Second stop is Amalfi: dominated by the majestic Cathedral dedicated to Sant ‘Andrea (St. Andrew), Amalfi proffers innumerable testimonies of its glorious past as a Maritime Republic. The last stop is Ravello, another pearl of the coast, an elegant and refined village, dipped in green and characterized by luxurious villas. At the end of the visit transfer back to Sorrento and drop off at your accommodation or nearest meeting point. Overnight in Sorrento. (B)
Day 7 | Sorrento
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel, and then enjoy a free day in Sorrento to spend how you please.
Maybe sign up for the optional cooking class: Enjoy a cooking class at the Villa on the Hill of Sorrento (pickup & dropoff included). Enjoy cake and drinks on arrival, tour the farm and collect eggs and vegetables to use in your cooking lesson. Sip on wine during the lesson, and enjoy the fruits of your labor for lunch, and then return to your hotel in the afternoon. (B)
Day 8 | Leave Sorrento
After breakfast take the private transfer to the Naples Airport for your flight home. (B)

Tour Date & Transfers
Tour dates are the date you would arrive in Rome. Please plan your air accordingly, as most flights overseas are overnight flights and you would depart the US one day earlier. If you book your airfare separately, please provide us with your flight details.
