Day 1 | Arrive Portugal
Morning arrival into Porto Airport. Transfer from Porto Airport to your hotel in Porto (rooms will not be ready until the afternoon, but the hotel will hold your luggage). Lunch on your own.
Check-in at your hotel and free time to walk to discover the highlights of the northern capital of Portugal, whose historic district is classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
At 6:00 pm, we depart for a new attraction in Porto, the World of Wine district (WOW). WOW is an immense new cultural district where everyone is welcome. In the historic heart of Vila Nova de Gaia, within walking distance of downtown Porto and the Douro River, WOW pays tribute to the culture, history, and major industries of Portugal.
6:30 pm: Visit to The Wine Experience - The Wine Experience
8:00pm: Dinner at T&C Restaurant (a restaurant dedicated to Portuguese gastronomy)

Overnight in Hotel in Porto (we will book a 4* or 5* property depending on availability at time of booking).
Day 2 | Exploring Porto
Enjoy breakfast at our hotel. After breakfast enjoy a guided tour through Porto by bus. Visit Porto's cathedral, the neoclassical stock exchange Palace, the lovely São Bento train station. Cross the Douro River to Vila Nova de Gaia, where you’ll visit a Porto wine cellar and sample the rich flavours of this incredible wine. Visit & Wine Tasting at Porto Calem winery.
Lunch at a typical restaurant in the Cais da Ribeira quarter.
After lunch discover Porto from another perspective, a cruise along the river. Sail on a typical boat "rabelo", for a cruise of 50 minutes (regular tour) along the Douro River and passing by its 6 bridges before returning to the hotel.

Overnight in Hotel in Porto.
Day 3 | Porto - Lisbon
After breakfast at our hotel, we depart by bus to Lisbon. Lunch is on your own in Lisbon after hotel check-in.
In the afternoon, departure for a Lisbon City Tour: See all of this beautiful city's best spots, including the Belém quarter with its famous Belem Tower, the Jerónimos Monastery (visit), and the Alfama and Rossio quarters.
In the evening, enjoy a traditional Fado dinner show.
Meal(s): Breakfast, Fado dinner show.
Overnight in Lisbon.
Day 4 | Sintra
After breakfast, head out by bus on a Sintra Day Trip. Sintra is a small village built against the northern slope of the Serra de Sintra Mountains. Sintra is well known by its charming narrow roads enveloped in lush greenery, its climbing flowers and semi-tropical vine-like plants trailing from mossy walls and balconies. In Sintra, we will visit the National Sintra Palace, distinguished by its conical twin kitchen chimneys.
Continue on to Cape Roca, the westernmost point of Continental Europe. Time for lunch in Guincho, at a local restaurant for fish and shellfish dishes.
Return to Lisbon by the coast passing by Cascais, lovely city by the sea, and Estoril, well known for its Casino.

Overnight in Lisbon.
Day 5 | Évora
After breakfast, departure by bus to Évora for a day trip. Évora is the Capital of the Alentejo province, also known as the “City Museum.” Walk through the streets passing by some of the most important culture points of the city. Enjoy lunch in typical regional restaurant.
After lunch, return to the hotel. Rest of the day and evening at leisure.

Overnight in Lisbon.
Day 6 | Lisbon - Ponta Delgada, Azores
After breakfast at our hotel, check out of Lisbon hotel and transfer by bus to Lisbon airport.
Morning: Domestic flight to Ponta Delgada. Transfer to your new hotel and check-in.
In the afternoon, enjoy a walking tour of the city center and visit the iconic Portas da Cidade.
Free time in the evening to explore and enjoy local Azorean cuisine.

Overnight in Ponta Delgada.
Day 7 | Sete Cidades
Breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast, enjoy a full-day guided tour of Sete Cidades, with breathtaking views of the twin lakes. Visit local tea plantations and enjoy scenic vistas.
Lunch on your own. Return to the hotel.
Dinner on your own.
Meal(s): Breakfast
Overnight in Ponta Delgada.
Day 8 | Lago do Fogo & Furnas
Breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast, enjoy a full-day guided tour of Lagoa do Fogo and Terra Nostra Park. Explore Lagoa do Fogo and its untouched natural beauty. Then relax in thermal pools at Furnas and enjoy a traditional "cozido" lunch.
Return to the hotel for the evening.

Overnight in Ponta Delgada.
Day 9 | Ponta Delgada – USA
After breakfast at the hotel, check-out and transfer to Ponta Delgada Airport for your return flight home.
