Day 1 | Rome

Welcome to Rome! Arrival at the airport and transfer to the hotel. Check-in and accommodation. Today is free for you to explore Rome on your own, or to relax in your hotel.

Day 2 | Rome

After breakfast, explore the most important sites of Ancient Rome - the Colosseum, Roman Forum and Palatine Hill with skip the line access. Take in these historic wonders and and impressive structures. The afternoon and evening are at leisure.

Perhaps sign up for the optional Trastevere Food & Walking Tour in the afternoon: Try an array of Roman foods in the Trastevere neighborhood accompanied by a local foodie guide, try foods from several shops and also enjoy a sit-down restaurant meal. Overnight in the hotel. (B)

Day 3 | Rome

After breakfast this morning, take a morning tour of the Vatican Museums, Sistine Chapel, St. Peter's Basilica, and St. Peter's Square. Enjoy No Wait Access and small groups for the best Vatican experience and let the centuries of gathered art, sculptures and historical artifacts astound you. The afternoon and evening are at leisure to spend how you please. Overnight in the hotel. (B)

Day 4 | Rome - Pompeii - Sorrento

Today a private driver will pick you up at your hotel in Rome and transfer you to Rome train station for your high-speed train ride to Naples. Once you've arrived in Naples, a private driver will meet you at the train station and bring you to Pompeii for a private guided tour of the Archaeological Park. Imagine, a city perfectly preserved as it was on that fateful day 2,000-years-ago, when ash and lava literally stopped it in its tracks. You'll see the tragic fossils of people attempting to escape along with children and dogs and take in the somber environment. Then sit back and relax in the comfort of your private car while your driver will transport you to Sorrento. Check in and settle in at your hotel for the night. (B)

Day 5 | Capri & Anacapri

After breakfast, visit the evocative Island of Capri. Sail across the bay of Sorrento to start an unforgettable day. Enjoy a guided walking tour of Capri and Anacapri with their chic town centers, shops, hotels and restaurants along winding streets. The main square Piazza Umberto I has a pretty white church and several open-air cafes where you can sit and watch the world drift by. Leading off the square are medieval-looking alleyways and arcades full of shops selling the handicrafts of the island, clothing, jewelry made from coral and gold, shoes and ceramics. Then, head south to admire the famed Faraglioni Rocks. There is free time for you to go off and shop around the elegant boutiques, stroll along the cobbled streets or simply relax on the beach before returning to Sorrento for the night. (B)

Day 6 | Amalfi Coast Drive

Breakfast at the hotel and then pick-up from your accommodation with professional English-speaking driver. Enjoy the most spectacular drive along the picturesque villages of The Amalfi Coast with breathtaking views of the sea. First stop is Positano: developed vertically within a tangled overlay of streets, alleys and shops that expose the colorful Positano fashions well-known all around the world. Second stop is Amalfi: dominated by the majestic Cathedral dedicated to Sant ‘Andrea (St. Andrew), Amalfi proffers innumerable testimonies of its glorious past as a Maritime Republic. The last stop is Ravello, another pearl of the coast, an elegant and refined village, dipped in green and characterized by luxurious villas. At the end of the visit transfer back to Sorrento and drop off at your accommodation or nearest meeting point. Overnight in Sorrento. (B)

Day 7 | Sorrento - Florence

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel, then enjoy a private transfer from Sorrento to Naples R.W Station for a train ride to Florence. You'll arrive after 3 hours, and your private driver will meet you to bring you to your hotel in Florence. Take some time to rest or explore the area and spend the afternoon and evening how you please. (B)

Day 8 | Florence

After breakfast discover Florence's historic center on a walking tour. See the Ponte Vecchio, walk by the Duomo and Uffizi Square, the leather market, and visit the Accademia Gallery to see Michelangelo's David. (If you want to see the inside of the Duomo, feel free to explore it independently. Note that on Sundays, visits may be restricted.) Enjoy free time in the afternoon.

Maybe sign up for the optional excursion to Siena, San Gimignano and the Chianti countryside. Travel by air-conditioned minivan with an English speaking driver and tour leader. Explore these beautiful towns, then enjoy a wine tasting with an informative visit to the wine cellars and then have a Tuscan dinner in the Chianti countryside by sunset before returning to Florence. (B)

Day 9 | Florence

After breakfast spend the day exploring the beauty of Florence on your own. Looking for something to do?

Check out the optional cooking class: Available both in the morning or afternoon, learn to make pizza and gelato just like the italians do. Learn to make your pizza from scratch, and create gelato from fresh, sweet ingredients. You'll also receive a digital booklet with recipes to recreate your new favorite foods at home. This optional class is popular with children too! (B)

Day 10 | Leave Florence

After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your flight home. (B)
