Day 1 | Arrive in Munich
Welcome to Germany! Arrival in Munich and transfer to your hotel. In the afternoon visit the city´s main attractions, and take in its beauty. The tour concludes at the Marienplatz square, home to the famous clock tower.
Day 2 | Munich - Chiemsee - Berchtesgaden - Salzburg
Today you will leave for Salzburg. On the way, stop at Lake Chiemsee, the "Sea of Bavaria" and enjoy its impressive views. Then, continue on to the village of Berchtesgaden and Lake Königssee. Enjoy a short stop at this idyllic place nestled in surrounding majestic mountains. In the afternoon arrival in Salzburg, birthplace of the famous composer Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart! Walk through the city and take in its impressive architecture and environment, admire the gardens of Mirabell, and enjoy the beautiful sight of the fortress of Salzburg, the Cathedral and the Getreidegasse. Day 3 | Salzburg - Melk - Krems - Vienna
After breakfast, it's time for a trip to Vienna. Along the way, stop at the beautiful Lakes district of Salzbug. Continue to Melk, where you will visit the Benedictine Abbey, the pinnacle of baroque monuments in Austria. Then, onwards to Vienna, the grandiose capital of Austria. (B)
Day 4 | Vienna
This morning, partake in a sightseeing tour through the city of Vienna. Admire the Opera, Hofburg Palace, the Heroes‘ Gate, the Parliament and the Town Hall, all buildings of historical importance and aesthetic splendor. The afternoon is free for you to explore at your leisure, and to take in this great city. In the evening you can also attend a gala dinner accompanied by live classical music (not included). (B)
Day 5 | Vienna - Budapest
After breakfast, visit Schönbrunn Palace, the former summer residence of the Austrian imperial family, a magnificent estate. Afterwards, continue with the trip to Budapest, the capital of Hungary. The Danube River divides the city into two parts: "Buda“ and "Pest,“ both equally impressive. In the afternoon, visit the "Buda“ section of the royal region of the city. Enjoy the view from Budapest‘s most impressive gazebo, Gellért Hill, and let yourself be swept away by an enchanting environment. (B)
Day 6 | Budapest
The day begins with a visit to the major attractions of the "Pest" area, such as the Heroes‘ Square, the Opera House and the Basilica of St. Stephen. After sightseeing explore the city on your own, and overnight in Budapest. (B)
Day 7 | Budapest - Bratislava - Prague
Today you will journey from Budapest to Prague via Bratislava. After a walk through Bratislava’s gorgeous city centre, continue towards Prague, the so-called 'City of a Hundred Towers.' (B)
Day 8 | Prague
Welcome to Prague! In the morning, enjoy a walk through the historic city center. Visit the Powder Tower and the Old Square, with its famed Astronomical Clock, and admire its longstanding splendor. You will pass by Charles’s Bridge as well, where you can enjoy a beautiful view of Prague Castle. The afternoon is free for you to enjoy at your own leisure. In the evening, enjoy a typical Czech dinner accompanied by a folkloric show sure to enchant you. (B,D)
Day 9 | Prague - Munich
In the morning transfer from Prague to Munich. The tour ends at the airport, and then you are on your way home. (B)
