Guaranteed Departures

Please note, each departure requires a minimum number of participants to operate. Tours will be noted "guaranteed" when this number is reached. Please do not book airfare until you have been advised that the tour is guaranteed. Celtic Tours is not responsible for airfare booking on non-guaranteed tours that do not operate.

Smaller Group Tours

In Scotland, the maximum on this portion is 16 tour participants. For Ireland, the tour is based on a maximum of 28 tour participants to maintain the level of comfort and intimacy on our tours that our customers have come to know and love. We have found this to be the perfect size for smaller groups, with no additional fees or small-group supplements passed on to the customer. Group leaders and travel advisors can look at booking a private departure on any one of our dates.  For those who want to tour privately, please contact our group department at [email protected] to find out more. When privately operating a tour, the tour leader/travel advisor can look for a larger coach-sized group. That is up to them and their group privately.  Please note, the brochure and website price is valid for eight (8) passengers and under. If your party is 9 or more, the tour will have to be priced privately for Scotland (as 9-16 are private for that portion).

Hotel Change

Please note, from Oct 14 to the Nov 11 departure - we will be using the Academy Plaza Hotel in Dublin for these departures (vs the Sandymount Hotel).

Additional Notes

Please Note Baggage Restriction: Starting April 2026, all our scheduled tours now permit one checked bag up to 20kg (44lbs), with maximum dimensions of 22in x 17in x 10in, as well as one small carry-on item. Checked luggage will be stored in the luggage compartment and will not be accessible during the journey. Carry-on bags should be compact and suitable for onboard storage. We kindly ask all passengers to adhere to these guidelines to ensure comfort and space for everyone.
